As we have often heard, studies have shown a direct link between our mental health and nature. The more we enjoy outdoor activities the more we become relaxed and content. So let’s go out there and enjoy ourselves, there’s lots to do and see!
Plans for family fun days are being considered. It’s time to bring out the barbeques and host summer parties! Let’s celebrate safely and if you are planning on hosting parties or going to your cottage, try to remember:
- Drink lots of water
- Be prepared for overnight guests
- Have plenty of snacks available and
- Set up shaded areas with umbrellas, etc.
